To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
- Pack items securely in appropriate packaging
4. Refund Information
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days after inspection
- Original shipping costs are only refunded for damaged or incorrect items
- A 15% restocking fee may apply for returns not resulting from our error

- Returns due to our error: we’ll provide a prepaid return label
